Registration fee includes:

  • Virtual attendance at all scientific sessions
  • Scientific documentation
  • Virtual access to the industry exhibition
  • Certificate of attendance with CME Credits

For participation fee paid by a juridical entity (SRL, SA, CMI, PFA etc), after the payment, please send by email ( the billing information and the proof of payment.

The necessary billing information is: complete name of the juridical entity (as shown also in the proof of payment), VAT number / Registration Number, City.

Informatiile de facturare necesare: denumire persoana juridica (asa cum apare si in dovada platii), cod fiscal / numar de inregistrare, localitate.

Payment, cancellation and refund policy

Payment of registration fees can be made online on our secure server by credit card - MasterCard & VISA or by bank transfer (bank handling fee should be added to the registration cost). Full details, will be provided within the email received after the registration form procedure will be complete. Your registration will only be validated when full payment is received. Bank handling fees will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation for any reason.

A 100% refund of the participation fee and accommodation will be afforded only to those participants whose cancellation is due to the rejection of their abstract(s) resulting in their no longer want to attend the Congress. The participants must send a written notification for registration cancellation no later than 2 weeks from the day they receive the abstract rejection.

80% of the participation fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received before July 30, 2020;

No refund will be made if notice of cancellation is received after July 30, 2020;

All refunds on request (registration and accommodation reservation) are each charged 50 EUR for handling

Substitutions/Name changes: all participant substitutions who are already registered should be sent with written request to the Congress Secretariat, specifying the name of the substituted person. Each name change will be charged of €50.00

After July 30th , no changes will be possible. No reimbursement for No show.
